Qualification:

• Fresher B.Com, M.Com, BBA, BBM, B.Sc. (2018 batch only) with 60% plus throughout their academics.
• Freshers Only.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and interfacing skills
• Willingness to work in different time zones
• Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage

Laterals 

• 1 to 5 years of experience in providing International Inbound/Outbound voice support only
• Good decision making skills & analytical skills
• Detail oriented, high accuracy with numbers
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
• Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in different time zones/late night shifts
