Job Description:
- VCM acts a interface between Amazon and our Vendors providing required support by internal service level agreements.
- Responsible in providing timely and accurate operational support to Vendors on Amazon Platform.
- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Vendors including appropriate escalation of Vendor’s issues.
- Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution and attendance.
- Liaise with other departments as required to resolve Vendor’s issues and questions.
- Seeks solutions through skills and indentifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.
