- Must be able to solve technical issues related to electronic products and home appliances.
- Must provide solution for the issues raised.
- Provide Support in inbound call centre.
- Documents & Add new issues to Knowledge Management Repository.
- Utilize Professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
- Use of Soft skills- Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc. & professionally.
- Shift Window: Day Window (6AM-12PM), Night Window (8PM-6AM).
- Package: 1.68LPA-2.50LPA
- Females will not be required to do night shifts.
- Males will be required to do night shifts for a month after every 3 months.
