- Logging incidents and service requests, categorizing and prioritizing them.
- Managing life cycle as per ITIL guidelines.
- Update users about request status and close request when users satisfied with solutions.
- Troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications.
- Exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in knowledgebase.
- Remote desktop troubleshooting.
- Escalates complex incidents/requests to upstream technical groups.
- Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written).
- 24*7 Shifts, 5 Days Working, 9 Hours (With 1 Hour Break)
