Just like last year, TCS to hire 40000 freshers. Despite the decline in revenue, the company wants to keep its hiring the same as last year.

The company is hopeful that their business will bounce back in the second half of the year.
In the US, TCS started hiring students from the top 10 B-schools. It started hiring both freshers and experienced candidates for key business roles. The company believes that local hiring needs to be increased by its not new to them.

The global HR head says that the decision to suspend H1B and L1 visas is unfortunate and unfair. He also adds that these associates who help run banks, institutions, etc, and contributing to the economy of the US, are feeling uncertain and pressured due to this.
He also adds that the company honors the previous 40,000 of the previous hires. Freshers will join from mind-July. 87% of 40,000 is also on the learning platforms.
